Legal terms and conditions of the Black Month campaign – ShellyMadrid
1. Scope and validity
ShellyMadrid's Black Month campaign is a promotion valid exclusively for purchases made through the website www.shellymadrid.com from November 12, 2025 to December 3, 2025, both inclusive .
2. Included products and pricing policy
Black Month offers and discounts apply only to products marked as "on sale" or with a visible promotional price on their product page .
Items that do not indicate this condition are not part of the promotion.
The promotional price shown on the product page is the final price , including VAT , and does not include shipping, assembly or installation costs , which will be applied according to the rates in force on the website.
ShellyMadrid reserves the right to modify prices or end promotions at any time, always respecting orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
3. Sales unit and availability
Black Month offers are subject to stock availability .
In the event that a product runs out of stock after an order has been placed and paid for, ShellyMadrid will proceed to refund the full amount paid , using the same payment method used in the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
4. Promotional codes and discount combinations
If an order includes multiple discounts or promotional codes, they will only be applied in combination if the system allows it automatically . Otherwise, the highest available discount will be applied.
5. Payment methods
During the Black Month campaign, ShellyMadrid accepts the payment methods indicated on the website , including bank card, PayPal and other enabled means.
Payments by bank transfer are also accepted, upon request from the customer through direct communication with ShellyMadrid's customer service.
Orders paid by bank transfer will not be considered confirmed until the full amount is received in the indicated account.
6. Shipping and delivery times
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, product availability and logistical workload during the campaign.
Shipping costs will be applied according to the terms and conditions published on the website at the time of purchase. ShellyMadrid is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (transport, courier backlog, etc.).
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal , in accordance with Spanish regulations (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users – Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
8. Legal guarantee
All products sold by ShellyMadrid have the explicit legal guarantee in the Policies on the page against manufacturing or operating defects, in accordance with current legislation.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, or unauthorized handling.
9. Complaints Policy
Customers can submit complaints or report issues through the contact form available on the website, or by writing to info@shellymadrid.com .
ShellyMadrid undertakes to respond within a maximum period of 14 calendar days and offer a solution in accordance with Spanish consumer regulations.
In case of disagreement, the consumer may go to the corresponding Consumer Arbitration Board or to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile.

Personal data provided during purchase or registration will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) .
