The Shelly 2PM Gen4 (model S4SW-002P16EU) is the fourth-generation home automation relay with multiprotocol connectivity: WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Zigbee 3.0, Bluetooth BLE 5.0, and Matter. With two independent channels and integrated energy metering, it allows for controlling and monitoring two separate electrical circuits, including shutter mode for automating blinds, awnings, and gates. Power supply 110–240 V AC, 10 A per channel, 16 A total. Dimensions: 37 × 42 × 16 mm. Weight: 30 g.
Unlike previous models, the Gen4 incorporates Zigbee 3.0, also acting as a Zigbee router in mesh networks and a Bluetooth gateway for Shelly BLU devices. Compatible with Matter over WiFi and Zigbee: it integrates natively with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant without the need for an additional hub.

The Shelly 2PM Gen4 is a smart switch designed with a compact form factor, ideal for installation in standard electrical wall boxes, behind outlets, switches, or other confined spaces. This module acts as a smart switch with the added capability of power consumption measurement, allowing you to remotely monitor the usage of connected appliances.
The fourth generation is powered by an improved processor (ESP-Shelly-C68F) and integrates Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Zigbee connectivity. In addition to acting as a BLE bridge and Zigbee range extender, this device natively supports the Matter standard (with a default device profile of a switch).
