The Shelly Plus Smoke is a photoelectric smoke detector with integrated WiFi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth BLE 4.2. It detects smoke and triggers an audible alarm of over 85 dB, instantly notifying you in the Shelly app. It operates on a CR123A battery (up to 3 years of battery life), so it requires no wiring or neutral. No hub or subscriptions needed.
